Occam Networks to Report First-Quarter 2009 Results May 6

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. –  April 16, 2009 – Occam Networks®, Inc. (Nasdaq: OCNW), a leading broadband access supplier offering multiservice access platform (MSAP) solutions based on pure packet technologies, plans to report its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2009, after the close of market on May 6.

Occam Networks plans to host its regular quarterly teleconference at 5:00 p.m. ET /2:00 p.m. PT on May 6.  This call will be webcast live for all investors and archived on the company's website at www.occamnetworks.com.
