Systems Engineering and Technical/Engineering Support

For additional remote technical assistance by a Systems Engineer or Field Services Engineer, Occam offers Technical Engineering support in hourly or daily increments. This service can be used for additional network planning or deployment assistance.

For example, you may choose to have Occam pre-stage all equipment at a predetermined site. This is to ensure that all components are ordered and configured correctly and will interconnect properly. Pre-staging gives you the opportunity to load and test the configuration in a controlled environment, thereby mitigating potential installation issues. Pre-staging services include similar tasks to those above, plus the following:

  • Label all blades and repackage for shipment
  • Record configuration, model and serial numbers, and shipping information
