Advance Replacement Service (AVR)

As an option, you may purchase an Advance Replacement RMA contract to cover your installed network. This program ensures that replacement products are shipped to your designated location for next-day delivery Monday through Saturday. The Advance Replacement RMA program will minimize your cost of maintaining inventory for emergency outages.

Please note that the original product must be returned within 14 days; if we do not receive the original product within 14 days, you will be charged the then-current list price for the replacement item.
